STAGE ONE of a unique programme designed to take calves from birth to a high producing mature animal. FiberStart® uses the proprietary Controlled Fermentation™ process to produce HNF Fiber® the foundation of the Freshstart® Calf Development Program.
FiberStart® is the first stage of a carefully designed programme to take the calf from a totally milk reliant animal to one that can thrive and develop to its’ full potential on pasture. The program begins by using the unique HNF Fiber® developed by Fiber Fresh Feeds Ltd to gently coax rumen development with a natural, easily digested fibre that not only provides the important scratch factor and necessary protein but also all the essential elements a young calf needs to grow and develop correctly. The combination of HNF Fiber® and Captured Grain® contained in FiberStart® ensures healthy body growth in a young calf. This first stage of the two stage programme gently begins the process of digestion and sets the foundation for sustained growth once the more fortified FiberGain® is able to be introduced in the second stage.
