Deal 1 (the promotion) will run from 8:00am Wednesday 16 June 2021 – 4:00pm Friday 29 October 2021 or such earlier date determined by Fiber Fresh of New Zealand (“Fiber Fresh”) at its sole discretion.
- The promotion applies to the purchase of full pallets of Fiber Fresh FiberGain only at the price of $859.00 + GST per pallet.
- The promotion is offered for purchase in mainland North Island New Zealand only and excludes surrounding islands.
- A minimum initial order of 9 pallets of FiberGain is required to qualify eligibility for this promotion. Subsequent full pallet orders delivered within the period of the promotion will be offered on the same terms.
- Delivery may be requested to one location only and to occur after 1 July 2021 and until 25 October 2021
- Delivery may be arranged in 3 separate drops within weekly time windows. Fiber Fresh will make all reasonable efforts to meet the arranged delivery window if, for whatever reason, delivery is unable to occur within the delivery window selected, an alternative delivery time as near to the delivery window as possible may be nominated by Fiber Fresh without penalty.
- To qualify for the promotion, you must first become an “Entrant” for the purposes of these Terms and Conditions by completing and submitting the online entry form and becoming registered for the FiberGain Club. Terms & Conditions relating to the FiberGain Club can be found on Fiber-Fresh.com website.
- Fiber Fresh may at its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify and/or suspend the promotion, and/or these Terms and Conditions, at any time and for any reason before the end of the Promotion Period and shall not be liable to any Entrant or Winner for any loss or damage incurred as a result.
- Except for liability that may not by law be excluded, Fiber Fresh shall not be liable under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions for any cost, expense, loss, or damage suffered by the purchasers, even if such cost, expense, loss, or damage was reasonably foreseeable, and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by New Zealand law and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
